Methods of unarmed combat taken from bartitsu and W e fairbairn as seen in Tommy joe Moore’s book, the Shanghai school of street fighting. These where the exercises taught to the American and British military by fairbairn during WW2. However they where made many years earlier on the streets of Shanghai where fairbairn worked for the Shanghai municipal police force.

He is known to have had proficiency in

Japanese arts such as judo and ju jitsu 

Chinese internal arts such as Pakua or hsing I

Western boxing and wrestling methods
